SAFOSC, a platform coordinated and managed by Kirana Kemas Sdn. Bhd., serves as the Sabah Farmer's Employers and Employees One-Stop Centre. SAFOSC operates using a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) system called GEMS (Connecting Service Provider), which enables efficient digital management of services for Sabah’s agricultural sector.
Our primary mission is to facilitate smooth employer-employee relations in Sabah's agricultural sector by providing:
  • Services compliant with relevant state and federal regulations.
  • Partnerships with accredited organizations for administrative, welfare, and technical support.
  • Accessible (physical and online) services that prioritize customer needs.
  • Assistance to Sabah farmer employers in complying with labor ordinances.
  • User-friendly digital applications for enhanced convenience.
  • Continuously expanding service offerings to meet evolving farmer requirements.
  • Services for all Sabah farmers, regardless of scale or category.
 2.⁠ ⁠Service Eligibility

 3.⁠ ⁠SAFOSC Services
SAFOSC offers a wide range of services for both employers and employees. These services encompass:
  • Labor Department and Local Authority Affairs assistance
  • Malaysian Immigration Department support
  • Labor Resource Hub access
  • License and Permit Acquisition facilitation
  • Work Contract and Employment Agreement Management
  • Recruitment Coordination from source countries
  • Employer Certificate Application support
  • Non-resident Worker Permit application guidance
  • Manpower Needs and Employee Recruitment coordination
  • Employee Training and Development facilitation
  • Government Employment Program Coordination

Note: SAFOSC’s platform and services are managed via the GEMS SaaS system, which provides the technological infrastructure for service delivery.

3.1 Service Availability and Disclaimers
SAFOSC strives to provide online platforms for accessing and utilizing services. However, service availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, or limitations of the underlying GEMS SaaS platform. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information provided.

 4.⁠ ⁠SAFOSC Subscription Program (Optional)
4.1 Program Participation
To participate in the SAFOSC subscription program, you must: Complete the pre-registration form available on the SAFOSC website or through other designated channels. Be contacted by SAFOSC and finalize the registration process, which may involve completing an online application form, providing additional information, and selecting a subscription plan. Agree to these Terms and Conditions, with specific sections pertaining solely to the SAFOSC subscription program clearly identified.
4.2 Commission Structure (Subscription Program Only) The program allows you to earn commissions when users you register with SAFOSC utilize and pay for SAFOSC services. The specific commission structure and payout details will be outlined in a separate document provided during the registration finalization process.
4.3 User Registration (Subscription Program Only)
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided regarding users you register with SAFOSC, verifying their eligibility, and compliance with relevant laws, including data privacy regulations.
4.4 Term and Termination (Subscription Program Only)
The initial subscription term will be specified during registration and will automatically renew unless cancelled with written notice at least 30 working days prior. SAFOSC reserves the right to terminate access for cause, including breach of these terms or fraudulent activity.
4.5 Disclaimer of Warranties (Subscription Program Only)
The SAFOSC subscription program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
4.6 Limitation of Liability (Subscription Program Only)
SAFOSC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the subscription program.

 5.⁠ ⁠Data Privacy
Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored through the GEMS SaaS platform, which implements strict security protocols to ensure data protection.

 6.⁠ ⁠Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitration (MIArb) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

 7.⁠ ⁠Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and SAFOSC regarding your use of SAFOSC services and, if applicable, your participation in the subscription program.

 8.⁠ ⁠Amendment
SAFOSC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting revised versions on the SAFOSC website. Continued use of the services after posting constitutes acceptance of such changes.

 9.⁠ ⁠Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remainder shall remain in full force.
